1. Data controller

2. What data do we collect?

• Via the survey: which service you choose, answers about your situation and timeline, free text about your business, plus name, company name, phone and email (all required). We also store a calculated result based on your answers.
• Hosting logs from our provider (Netlify): IP address, browser type and time of visit.
• Only with consent: analytics and advertising cookies from Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel. They record which pages you visit, device and browser, approximate location, and whether the survey was submitted.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• To contact you about your enquiry and give you an assessment or an offer (GDPR art. 6(1)(b), steps prior to entering a contract, and art. 6(1)(f), legitimate interest in follow-up).
• Analytics and advertising measurement only happen with consent (art. 6(1)(a) and the Norwegian Electronic Communications Act § 3-15).

4. How long do we keep the data?

• Active enquiries: until the project is complete + 12 months.
• Inactive enquiries: deleted after 24 months.
• Analytics data is retained per the providers' settings (Google Analytics 4 max 14 months).
• You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time.

5. Who do we share data with?

• Netlify (hosting and form handling)
• Google (email inbox via Gmail, and Google Analytics)
• Meta Platforms Ireland (Meta Pixel)
• Some of these may transfer data to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.

6. Cookies

• We set no cookies without consent.
• Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*) and Meta Pixel (_fbp) are only activated after you click «Accept».
• You can change or withdraw consent at any time via «Cookie settings» at the bottom of the page.

7. Your rights

• You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent.
• You can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.no).

8. Security

• All communication happens over HTTPS.
• The site is hosted by Netlify.
• Access to personal data is limited.
